http://www.vcsun.org/~djordan/21f/law1/chp12quiz.htm

4. When you email answers to the quiz, make sure you include your name in your email, and the answers, like 1a, 2d, 3c, etc. in your email. DO NOT send me attachments, they are hard to open, please. and I will send you the answers, and explanations, and you will then score your own quizzes, good luck.

5. On the Assignments, pick just one contract, and fill in the blanks with any information, dates, etc. you desire (check out how other students how done it), then post it to the bulletin board. This gives practical experience in working with day to day contracts.

6. good luck, and email Prof. J. if you have any questions.

7. Deadlines: note in the schedule there are Due dates - these are "soft" which means that they are guidelines to get the work done. Grades will be posted each week, and if you have not done the work, your grade, of course, suffers, or is reflected through your work or lack of work Once you do submit the quizzes, and post to the discussions, and the contract assignments, your grade will be updated. No points are taken off for "late work" because Prof. J. gives a lot of work, and the belief is that in doing all the work you will learn your lessons well in contracts. This policy seems to have worked well in previous semesters, and students respond well to the "posting of the grades", and use this as a motivation to get their work completed.
